Do you do international shipping?
Yes, I ship internationally to every country zone(s) that the U.S. is legally able to ship to. A common question I get is Ukraine and yes, I can ship to Ukraine.
Do you restrict shipping to specefic countries?
I currently cannot ship to Russia outside my control. I do not ship to Israel.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, I only provide shipping services with tracking number through USPS. I do not offer non-tracking shipping services.
For domestic U.S. shipping, your package will be covered through USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE which automatically comes with first class tracking.
For International shipping, your package will be covered through USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL which automatically comes with USPS tracking up to customs.
How do you prepare packages for shipment?
I mail my items in 8 x 12.5 inch black bubble mailers. Your package weight will always be under 8 ounces. I ensure that I pack everything safely to prevent damage from shipment.
Any hard acrylic items such as keychains, pins, and standees will be in multiple layers of additional bubble wrap.
All art prints will be placed in protective plastic sleeves with a cardboard backing to prevent the prints from being bent.
How long does it take for you to ship my order?
packages will be dropped off at USPS approximately around 15:00 EST on working business days. I normally ship either same day, next day or within 3 business days if purchased on weekend.
*This only applies to regular merchandise items that are not preorder. Preorder items will be shipped out after their production. Please refer to the FAQ page for more information*
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Shipment delivery time depends on both the USPS, your country's postal carrier, and the country zone that the order was shipped to.
Normally orders sent domestically within the U.S. will arrive within 3-7 working business days. Sometimes even faster if you're in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Arrival time for international orders outside of the U.S. depends on the country zone # you're located in. There isn't really an exact estimated time of arrival. For some countries it's faster, while others it takes longer.
*Personally based on my experience, Vietnam, Philippines, and Ukraine was the longest wait time for buyers, taking at least couple of months*
*Please note that the turnover time is outside my control after the package leaves from my possession to drop off at USPS*
I haven't recieved my shipment and I think my package is lost. What do I do?
Please contact me either through the bigcartel website or through direct message on twitter @ricebunnyarts. I will contact the USPS post office. You might have to reach out to your postal carrier as well if you are an international buyer and the package shows to be already in your country through via USPS tracking.
If your package was lost in transit or if the postal carriers cannot locate the item, you will be fully refunded through PayPal.
*I do wait out for at least 14 days (two weeks) for orders to be to be delivered to U.S. buyers and 60 days (eight weeks) for orders to be delivered to international buyers before I offer refunds. This is if the package is not considered to be lost in transit*
