Do you do refunds?
I do offer refunds if the package was lost in transit. Please contact me through either via BigCartel or direct message through twitter @ricebunnyarts. Please refer to the "shipping" page on this BigCartel website for more information.
I do not offer refunds once when the package is scanned as "delivered" on USPS tracking. I only mail good quality products with more than sufficient bubble wrap and padding.
Do you do replacements?
I do not offer replacement merchandise in place of refunds. This is because I have limited stock with specefic variants and the amount of stock I order is based on preorders and social media interest checks.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are considered to be packages that were scanned as delivered on USPS tracking, but the buyer wishes to send back the order with a refund. Once when the packages are delivered to you, I do not accept returns or offer refunds.
How do preorders work?
Preorders are basically merchandise that is currently not in stock and still needs to be ordered through the product manufacterer/vendor. When purchasing preorder items, you acknowledge that your order will not be shipped out immediately and there will be a wait period on production (normally takes about a 4-6 weeks).
Orders containing both a preorder and regular merchandise will be shipped together and the expected arrival date will be based on the preorder process.
If you'd like a non-preorder merchandise early, please make seperate purchases since it will be multiple shipment(s) rather than one shipment.
Why are NSFW art prints preorder only?
All of my available NSFW work is based on preorder only, but the wait time on the printing production is not nearly as long as acrylic merchandise production. It normally takes about a week to get the NSFW art printed.
